I'm in the process of dloading both parts (it let me start the downloads just now). If we get more complaints of the link being dead, I'll upload in a couple hours when I'm done with my commute home

Unless there's another hosting site other than the two listed there, I don't see them as available .... I still get the same error as noted.

And it's not a dead link. It takes you to where the file should have been, but once you go to download it, you get an error referring to a copywrite notice.
