I hope this is the correct section, if not, my apologies in advance.

I have noticed my Bionic is very slow, and unstable. I am rooted, currently on CM 10.3. I have tried (from memory) avatar, liquid, raging jelly, blurry etc, Im pretty sure I have tried every custom rom available. All of them with certain problems, be it lag, or camera not working, or connection problems etc. Is there anything left to do to try to fix my issue? I didnt realize just how slow my phone was until I got a nexus tablet. Is this normal?

I dont want to upgrade, I love the phone overall. Just wish it was still performing well like it did originally.

Sometimes, you just need a fresh start- I suggest reviving it with an FXZ flash.

Install app cache cleaner (infolife), fast reboot (great bytes) and seeder (lcis). I was running them on my bionic and they helped a good bit. Seeder runs in the background to keep things rocking. I believe fast reboot can be set to automatically fast reboot the phone.

Also, periodically clearing cache in TiBu helps a great deal

make sure your internal memory is not full or near capacity. (8gb internal memory referred to as sdcard because your pysical-SDCARD is referred to as sdcard-ext)
