Any recommendations on a process to copy directories and files from the SD Card that came with my RAZR to a new 32GB class 4 micro SD?
My initial thought is to drop the new micro SD into a SD card holder, slide it into the SD slot on my computer, connect the RAZR to USB on the computer, and drag and drop directories.

Do I need to format the new card beforehand in the phone to create the correct directories?

I would pull out 16gb card put in 32gb, format 32, put 16 on pc, hook razr to pc, select entire 16gb drag drop to sdcard-ext (32gb in razr) may take a few min. Enjoy your new space
