i have to give big thanks to Razrqcom-dev-team..i have put together my pac source for the XT1080 Dev Edition ONLY right now

You need a dev edition to unlock and flash a recovery.

Couldn't get it to work on my Droid Maxx Dev Edition. Flashed with TWRP, stuck in a boot loop.

Most of the sites that carried the fxz files are no longer online in the U.S. due to a digital rights crackdown.  I would suggest a google search and caution when downloading the file.
