Root is Required for this and I know this not just limited to Verizon but other Note 3's as well as S4's and possible S3's as most of the commands are universal.
So this hack takes the Hidden Menu, which for some reason is not visibile on the Note 3, which when commands such as *#06# which is displays the MEID in normal circumstances is displayed, on the Note 3 the device simple dials. Well, we simply can't have that.
To get around this there is a simple command going into the phone and accessing the efs/carrier/hiddenmenu > once inside access the Text Editor > in the upper left corner there is an "OFF" without the parenthesis, change this setting to "ON" exit out and "Save" the Settings and Reboot.

Once, device has rebooted go ahead and *#06# and instantly your MEID will go ahead and appear.
