When I hook it up to a computer I can't see all of the files in the system. With past Motorola phones I could get anything on the phone memory onto my computer. This one only does me part of it. Where is the Google music cache? Even some mp4s I download aren't visible when plugged into a computer.

Anyone have a solution?

Download Motorola device manager from their website. You may need updated drivers. MTP will get you the entire virtual SD card, while still allowing the phone to function on it. PICTURE MODE will only allow you to see the pic/video file.
