That's what I've been using for the past few updates, and i agree the Rom does work better with the newest CWM. Using touch version of course.

I've been using the latest TWRP and have zero issues.  Maybe I'm just getting lucky {knocks on wood}.

I just flashed the newest philz cwm based 6.0.4.5 ..it is actually philz touch 6.0.0.8 xt907. It works great. I didn't wanna switch to cwm but he made it awesome(I've used twrp forever but I'm sold). Only problem is it has a Little external SD lag. Took me 6 minutes to backup my ROM with a lot of data, internal backup of same ROM took 4 mimutes. Here is link.

Looking on XDA, where the official forum for philz touch recovery is.... It does say 6.0.4.5 base but the official CWM is 6.0.4.4.
