First I would like to say that the information that I've gotten off this site is incredible! I was able to update my Bionic to Jelly Bean and then root it successfully thanks to SamuriHL. I'm on Page Plus so I then had to change some settings afterwards. I can send and receive calls, texts, and I have 1X data, but I would like to get 3g data if possible. I've read other people's experiences of achieving 3G but those methods have not worked for me. Using DFS I'm able to make changes that others say worked for them, but no dice here. I would like to keep rooted Jelly Bean if possible, but if I need to use a ROM then I'm open to it. I mainly need stability.
