This ROM is incredible. I appreciate the debloating and it looks amazing. I thought it got hooked up on the first boot and was starting to get worried. I stepped away for a minute and was greeted by this amaziing work! I just had a question about the initial installing of the ROM.

• YOU MUST Wipe Data/Factory Reset
• Wipe Cache partition
• (in Advanced) Wipe Dalvik cache
• (in Mounts and Storages) Format System
• Install zip from sdcard
• Flash ROM
• Reboot System

I didn't see a Flash ROM option in safestrap and was worried I did something wrong. I just installed the zip and rebooted and all was well. Did I miss something (haha I'm using it so I don't think so)? Thanks again!

hmm, the dialer should be white numbers with white font. while in call the numbers should be blue with white font (using the dialpad)... i did this to keep a little touch of ICS. but thanks~ and thanks for the feedback.

ROM update! based off 214, you can still run this from the 211 kernel, or any other ICS leak kernel. I have removed BEATS audio, for the people who would like to install it, you can find it

. I added in DSP manager so most users can take advantage of the eq while using pandora etc. .. the base is now built from 214, not that there are any noticeable changes..... but the kernel sure is better on the battery~ I have updated all apps (apex, flash, es.. maps remain on v6.8.1 as the others suck.) minor theme work done to Phone.apk (dial buttons are now white while in call, instead of ics blue.), while in call, the dial menu is completely blacked out now, (removed the faded blue), added my usual tweaks in init.d for a snappy and fluid feel. All apps are inverted (cooked into the ROM), after first boot if you would like a blacked out Gtalk, you can flash DarkGtalk (its the only app that cant be integrated into the rom) so flash this after FIRST BOOT, go back into recovery and flash it.

Since this is a new version, WIPE DATA********* if you dont and you have errors, you know why. *this also means dont use Tibu to restore app+data (as it defeats the purpose of wiping data) so only restore app if you do use tibu.
my install script will wipe cache and dalvik and format system, but i still recommend you to do all the wipes listed in OP manually to ensure you have the best experience possible while running Black Widow. I will be posting it here shortly~

when i posted at 3:30 i only was informing you guys, when i just posted at 4:45 i had the ROM updated within the OP. easiest way to check, not only by the title of the zip, but the MD5 will always tell you

btw, the screenshot in OP are updated as well, system info should look just like it

, or, you can download the rom package, i realized i had my theme test for chrome in the system.media so now it is 20mb smaller, but i did some minor theme work to the toggles, seen below:

also i have thrown in some more tweaks in the build.prop (smooth like butta and fluid like a mofo) + its all about battery sipping!! i would recommend downloading the update, if your running the update from lastnight (214 base) no need wipe data, just wipe cache and dalvik and flash the new rom package, and your good to go! you will have to reboot back into recovery and flash darkgtalk if you want that blacked out again, but thats no biggie~

**FINAL, as i am more than sure (unless another leak comes) this will be the final update as everything appears to be working and themed to my satisfaction! lol, Enjoy the Darkness!* Updates are live in OP
