You no longer have to use a dock or nebtop with ICS... Just plug in your cable and it should give you the webtop option. Works flawlessly on my phone.

Can anyone else confirm this so I know its just an issue on my end? Just plugging in the cable gives me the option on the phone to run webtop, stream audio or run the mirror mode...but NOTHING shows up on my TV. I know it isnt an issue with the TV because I've used webtop on it before, the HDMI cord has only been used the three times I used it and the TV is barely 6 months old.

is anyone else having 4g and data connection problems? i do not have any data unless i link to a wireless data connection... thanks for your help!

started for me on a different rom on the 5th. problem was on stock too. i restored to stock .211 and took phone in for new SIM card. they said the day before another razr stopped getting 4g. it's the phone not the rom.

they ordered me a replacement.

that would be an xml edit through the maps apk not the rom. you will find that on facebook as well. but thanks for the report..

I somehow lost the camera? I tried reflashing both the rom and gapps and when I hit the camera it just flashes the screen then disappear

Have you used a file manager to see if you have the apk? Something similar happened to me last week. I had to reinstall it

I didn't think of that, but I gave it a shot. Its showing up in app, but when I try to reinstall it, it just says application not installed

if the apk is found in your System/app directory there is no need to install, just make sure the permissions are set to rw-r--r-- and then reboot.

Maybe try deleting the rom entirely, download it to a desktop, put zip on sd and try flashing again.

I know I am about to get $!#7 on for support inside this forum, but I found a solution. Motocast replaced zumocast on the Razr. Zumocast is available in the market but not "compatible" with our phones. An app listed below it called "MC2 Internal" from the company ZUMODRIVE was listed. It does not have an icon and looked suspicious so i installed it. Looks like it was meant to be an internal release, but it allowed me to access my motocast that was previously setup on my computer. Apparently a few other people have found it as well. It is currently listed with 10+ downloads, lol. Good luck.

I would love to have the boot logo in post #3 but when I download it, it doesn't download as a .zip file but as a .rar file which doesn't allow me to use the instructions in the post to change the boot logo. I don't have photoshop to modify it in any way like I've read in other posts on changing boot logo's. Can anyone help me please?

there is no need to modify anything., but the directions are pretty standard and simple to install. you download the file and extract on your desktop to your PC. open the .bat file. type the commands listed in post 3 (screenshot of what it looks like completed in command prompt). just follow the directions I gave in the post and you shouldn't have any problems... but you do need a computer for the task!

The problem my computer is set for some reason to open .rar files with firefox. 1) Doesn't it have to be a zip file to extract anything? 2) what program should I use to open or extract the .rar file I downloaded?

Thanks so much. I was having such a hard time trying to figure it out. I downloaded winrar but it's only a trial version I wonder how much it's gonna cost after the trial period.

I have another problem. When my apps updated my maps logo changed to the regular one. Is there a way to change it back to the dark one. Also is there a file to make other apps dark like that. I like the dark and inverted theme cause it's easier to read.

tryin to sleep lol, any app tjat updates will not carry what ive changed/theme. and i didn't update maps because the new ones are $!#7. i would pull the 6.8.1 maps from the rom zip and put in your system/app directory with permission rw-r--r-- and reboot, or reflash the rom after deleting maps. choice is yours.
