This very well, so does the wifi tethering is working, but I can not install anything from the market and there is a single error expanded desktop options.

Have you tried clearing data/cache for market

The only way to crack the Bootloader is if Motorola gives us the encryption keys.

Try wiping cache and dalvik and reflash rom and gapps
