Oh, I have so many questions ))
1. Where I can get stock moto Alarm Clock? In AOSP version there is no rising volume option (. May be someone knows the name of apk?
2. How to change the settings in Axiom Toolbox? I want to correct voltages

I believe the adjustments in this ROM were being made by some init.d scripts. Check out the init.d folder, edit the script, and give it a test. Be ready to recover if you provide too low of a value though.

I think, that the settings for cpu-control module rewrites by Axiom Toolbox, then I change new frequency of CPU.
The only way, that I see, is set the frequency, correct init.d script and never run Axiom Toolbox

Ok, After I screwed up with Boot Menu/Manager whatever... again, I did the flash from stock to the .215 kernel before re-installing just for kicks but I seem to have lost (that .215 kernel) in restoring of a Nandroid so oh well. Just a heads up for anyone else who trys this method.

Anyhoo, what's the skinny on "Safestrap 3.0" and I'm hearing that this ROM won't be compatible with it? :o Is that true?

Nope... not anymore! :) Simplex1.3 does indeed work with SS3. Tested with the latest build as of early yesterday so when you get the new safestrap feel free to run Simplex on it...

The settings are indeed over written by axiom toolbox. If you choose to run your own voltages/freq just do not use axiom toolbox and delete the written script from init.d. I cant tell you which file it is because I don't know the last one you have written via axiom toolbox. All of the scripts can be found in /etc.... I beleive. I'm not on Simplex right now or I would tell you for certain. If you do indeed choose to use your own scripts honestly Axiom toolbox is of now use to you. The values of the toolbox are coded to match my scripts in particular. So if you open the toolbox and it shows you're clocked at 1.325 or whatever... it may be that that is the last script that was written via the toolbox. Which is no longer accurate if you run your own script.

btw: if you want to continue using the toolbox to adjust freq... you can just edit the 3 scripts in /etc to modify the voltages. Which in turn would give you the modified voltages you're looking for with use of the axiom toolbox. however you have to make sure the script file names remain unchanged.

Questions?

Ok, I've read the documentation on the New SS3 Beta and it states installing on NON-Safe side which of course is the "Stock" side so what happens to my "Safe Side" install of Simplex currently? - Is is gone? And if so, I understand you can't restore the Nandroids between SS2 and SS3, correct? So I assume in order to get Simplex back up and running if this is the case, requires a fresh install of the rom?

And I can't get SS3 at all to DL per this link:

and then --->

for the Droid Razr Maxx version

Is there an alternative link? Thanks..

I can only tell you I started fresh on my unsafe side. Switched to unsafe, installed the new SS, rebooted and installed from scratch. I wouldn't recommend even attempting a nan restore due to the way the new safestrap handles the sd cards..

As far as the download links I'm assuming ROMbot may be down for maintenance... at least that's how it appears.

That is the only link I am aware of, and I'm sure everyone would agree that we should not be posting mirrors as this is a beta and as issues are fixed we don't want to have any links left floating around that Hashcode can't clean up.

I assume you still install (THIS) Simplex-V1.3 on the "Safe Side", correct? Sounds like I'll just be easiest to start from scratch and restore what I can with TIBU instead of relying on a NANDROID., correct?

Yes... Simplex will still be installed on a safeside slot... and I wouldn't restore anything personally! SS3 has moved alot of data around.. there fore I can't tell you what sort of results you may get even using TiBu

OH man. I surely hope TIBU data (non system of course) is still a go.... Oh well, time will tell. Proceeding to install SS3 per instructions now - moving Safestrap to extSD, ect.... -_-

Google now technically is not compatible with ICS builds which is why you received that message. It was made and released with JB but folks in the community figured out how to get it to work on ICS. Until the latest version has been modified for use on ICS you're kinda stuck with where it is now.

TIBU Restore of apps/Data only seems to have went ok after re-install with SS3 VIA Slot1 3GB Partition set. - since this is my MAIN rom, wanted to make sure I had plenty of room.
