Hey EmericanX...I just flashed. The gallery works great and sync to Picasa. The camera however says "Media Gallery not installed" when clicking the picture icon top left. I tried installing the blurcamera.apk from prior page but it didnt fix the issue. Any suggestions?
Best ROM other wise

A quick fix is a few post back. Download that camera and replace the one in /system/app
That should take care of the issue.

EDIT:
I figured out what I did wrong. I removed the mms apk you have with rom and replaced it with Blur message apk so I can group message. The text message works fine. Just the shortcut at home doesnt work since I replaced the mms apk

You replaced system app, fixed permissions, and rebooted?Downloaded after the link came up again (it was down for a while so assuming after it came up it was already updated for the camera issue) . Also tried the fix a few posts back but getting the same message,

If using root explorer hold app, go to permissions and change as is, reboot required after. 46.27KB 9 downloads 58.85KB 9 downloadsreplaced the system app, reinstalled, and rebooted. Did I miss a step with permissions? How do I do that?

A quick request, can you change the camera icon to the stock AOSP ICS Camera? I've tried extracting the apk, replacing the .png file, and compressing, then moving back to system/app, etc... It changes the icon in the app drawer and home screen, but the camera just force closes. I didn't change any other files, and I can't figure out why it FCs.
I know the icon isn't a huge deal, but it just kinda sticks out amongst all the other AOSP icons.
Thank you very much for such a solid ROM.

ok changed permissions to match yours still no luck! wtf? seems like such a simple issue..btw any 3rd party app works fine and finds the gallery. What gives?
Very odd. The BlurCamera i posted separately shouldn't need any permissions changed! Ill have to double check the updated ROM download to find out whats going on there. If you absolutely need that to work for the time being you can pull the gallery2.apk from the rc and place that in your /system/app... I overlooked it during update! The initial blurcamera was setup for gallery2 not googlegallery... but i updated the rom last night so it should've resolved it.
EDIT: I've posted a link to a BlurCamera.apk that I have personally tested and can confirm working!!! Tested just before upload. You can find it on the second post of this thread.

Is this rom underclocked to 1GHz?
No... not to my knowledge. I haven't adjusted anything that would cause that. Why do you ask?
