Tethering & Hotspot fully functional from first boot!

Can someone clarify as to the difference?

Tethering is via your usb cable hooked up to the computer. Hotspot is sharing the phone's internet via wifi.

Is one option better than the other?

I've never tested the speed difference. I've had trouble with the tethering with this rom being buggy, but did hotspot for a few hours with no problem.

Ideally it would seem tethering would give you less strain on the battery since you dont need the wifi on, but then again I believe while tethering it is charging at the same time anyway.

I did use the hotspot to give my Wii internet access during an outage which was nice.

I usb tether quite often without issue... just thought id throw that out there!
But i prefer usb due to exactly stated... it helps with battery. I honestly cant tell you the difference between wifi tether and wireless hotspot. Im thinking the main difference is hot spot gives you more control on who can connect to the device.

Anyone have issues with Jorte Calendar? Scrolling all screwed up...not smooth and it stops in the middle of pages also it disappears when you hit "today" to take you back today. I had same issue with Arctic....loaded this and it worked fine for a few days now not so much. I cannot figure out WTF is causing it. Any ideas?
BTW nice Rom...fast...smooth and runs perfect. Battery life is great. I wish we could overclock a bit more :D

Ive pushed it to 1450 experimenting. Honestly anything above 1350 starts to become unstable and personally i wanted to ensure as good as an experience as possible so I left it 1325 to have some stability head room.

If some that are bit more experience i can give you the steps i would recommend as far as pushing it a bit further. But just as installing a rom you choose full responsibility.
