I heard someone mention ClockSync from the play store. I haven't tried it personally but it was mentioned it would help with GPS as well..If it helps pass it on!!

Anyone had any luck getting Google Now to work? I tried Mikeyxda's Version 6 and I can get the card to come up when I use voice search, but when I try to sign in to the Now app, it force closes, and then I get repeated FCs. I'll try a full wipe and re-install this evening.

Update: after a full wipe and Simplex re-install, I set up all of my apps and everything and then flashed Mikeyxda's Version 6 of Google Now (online/offline), and it's worked beautifully, so I can confirm that Google Now does in fact work with this ROM. hey, you have answered this already, lol, but just 1 more time, does the webtop work on this? I have a lapdock I really like to use. I read all 29 pages and saw that most moto stuff was gone. Sorry for asking a redundant question. Thanks again for your work. Have a nice day

On your verizon account a new feature was added it has something to do with cloud email sync..disable that feature and those pesky messages stop coming...

I'm really impressed with this ROM I broke my phone right after the OTA and hadn't gotten around to flashing anything on my replacement till a few days ago. I've tried 4 different ROM's this week and have gotten frustrated with bugs in all of them till I found this one. Fast, smooth, no bloat, still have swype, everything works, Great Work!

Nice ROM. Best ics ROM I've used so far although all are good. Is there a chance we might see lockscreen volume rocker music controls? That is the main thing I miss about aokp/cm roms. Also thanks for the easy access battery mods, you don't know how long I searched for those while I was on liquid.

I have a question. I backed up all my stuff with Titanium before going to this. When I started Titanium, it asked if I wanted to restore the device ID. I said ignore.
Was I wrong in doing that?

Also, I can't find any of my backed up apps. How do I get them back on this baby?

In preferences (Titanium), their is an option to locate backup folder. I have had to do this on occasions in the past.

Make sure you are logged in as the main account holder also. Ive had to go through this several times.

I lost my cable service (tv and internet) yesterday for about 6 hours, so I figured a perfect time to do some usb tethering. I tried wifi tethering for about an hour and that worked great. I then tried to do the usb tethering via the cable that came with the phone.

Well, that worked for about 5 minutes then stopped. The connection stayed up, its just the browser on the computer would stall out and not pull up the site at all. I tried toggling data and the usb tethering on the phone, rebooted the phone, rebooted my computer, and even did some dns flushing for the heck of it, but nothing got it working again. Starting up the wifi tethering worked fine before and after this.

Any ideas? I used sqlite just to double check that both entitlement checks are set to 0 and of course they are.

Hi, I flashed this rom last night and so far it seems very nice! I do have one question about the rom - and one question just about an issue I am having with my phone that has nothing to do with this rom, except for the fact that it is still happening while on this rom...

My question for the rom is when getting an sms I used to on other roms see their picture in the dropdown menu...I liked that, is there a setting I need to turn on to enable this or is this not included in this rom?

My question about my phone is- for a while now and through 3 different roms I have had an issue with ANDROID OS being 2nd biggest battery user. For example right now, 5 h 6m time on battery , 58% battery, 1h 12min time on screen, Android os- 1h 5min CPU total - 36min Keep awake. Is this normal? I don't remember this before ICS...is this everyone or just me?

I love this ROM and want to run it, but I keep having problems with being unable to power back up after it goes to sleep. I have to hold volume down and power until screen flashes and then volume down and up and power followed by selecting normal reboot. Any ideas?

I know it's not what you want to hear, but you should probably do a full wipe and re-install (and it wouldn't hurt to re-download the file).

Also, something I forgot to mention while praising this ROM yesterday was that I absolutely love the boot animation - simple, yet cool. Kudos to whoever came up with it.
