Does anyone experience the multiple text message issue on this ROM that I have seen on other none blur ROMs?

This is a blur based rom. I've just stripped most of it. There isn't a problem with multiple notifications though.

I will update the OP tonight. Coming from Simplex to the latest version.. just flash. The update script wipes cache for you and data stays intact.

The link should be fine. But i will put up a mirror tonight on the dc forum to make sure. What browser on the phone are you trying to download with?

On win7 are you by chance trying to download with google chrome? We just discussed that a few post back that chrome is acting strange with downloads!

I can promise you there is no phishing, spyware, or any other sort of malware in the zip!

I just checked the download.

File size should be 218.65 with an MD5 of : a83df3de547cf8259d963435cbb2632b

Which is identical to what i uploaded... so for those having issues im not sure. But i will get a mirror up tonight.

Do the inversion pack! Can't wait to see that and I know a lot of other users want it too. Also Chrome had an update where if it thinks anything is suspicious (exe files, zip files. etc.) it asks you if you want to discard that file. Ignore the warning unless you have no idea what you are downloading (in which case stay off the internet! lol). As far as the multiple texts go that is a razr issue in general. I had this with other ROMS and it happens when you are in an area that is switching between 3g and 4g. It's not a big deal and again it has nothing to do with Simplexrom.

Battery update on day 3:

9 hours 36 min @ 96% on my Maxx.

I too love Nitro's work. I'm on Eclipse 1.3. Do you think I should make the leap to this one? I'm not satisfied with the battery performance on Eclipse.

I am not underclocking and I'm not using any gov or scheduler. I turned off haptic feedback and tones when typing. I also turned off animations in dev options. I do have inverted GAPPS which I think helps with keeping the screen dark and not so bright.

@bmb0y as far as I know eclipse ICS is up to 1.2 not 1.3. I came from 1.2 and I prefer this ROM for its performance, battery life, and overall smooth run.

Its not all that farfetched... they have a Max's... they could also be using juice defender or 2x battery app... 2x solved my OG razr battery woes...

I wouldn't worry about battery stats gang. Only thing I care about it if you can get 4-6 hours on battery with display being Auto dim using MAXX.
