Quick patch worked great for me but (yes there's a but) google play music still not updating. Please don't get in trouble with the GF. Work on it when you have your fee time. i don't want her to ground you. i don't even use google music so its not a big deal too me just informing you. for people that do use it you can delete it from system>apps, reboot then install from market.
Gmusic shouldve been the latest! Lol. Im not sure what wouldve happened on your end. But youre absolutely right. If one of the market apps gives you a fit. The easiest thing to do is delete and install from the play store.

That is to be expected. This rom was just updated today, and the things you lost are the changes. The themes are all base off of the old files which did not have these changes.
I will update both of my themes as soon as I can to fix this.
+1
If the theme has the settings themed this will happen until its updated. Dont worry though 24 makes quick work of things!

Nice and fast, but my battery dropped 10 percent in about and hour. This was with very little use. I am not overclocked.

I would try not to judge battery life until the rom has had time to settle. Give it a day or so... cache needs to be rebuilt

@
, I have had your ROM and just saw the update. I went ahead and put in into sdcard and sdcard-ext (so I had access to it in Safestrap wherever I went) . I then wiped cache in safestrap first and then installed from sdcard the new update zip file and it goes through the motions perfectly but after reboot it does not seem updated? What am I doing wrong? Thanks again for a great ROM!
Very odd! What does your build# in settings say?

Do I need to change any permissions on the zip file? Is there a mode I need to have safestrap in?

is there a way to have the lockscreen toggles check to see if you have say two sms apps and ask you which one you want to save as defalt. i think had a rom that would do that before but cant remember which one.
If you can find the rom which you speak of as long as its not a source based rom i can speak to the developer to see what needs to happen in order to incorporate that.

So if I dl the new full rom it'll just overwrite and leave my data right or is a full wipe required /recommended?

I always "recommend" a wipe... but never actually do myself! Lol.. honestly i flashed over without an issue.
However and you'll can put this in your bag of tricks. Say you do a "dirty" flash and after you boot you have a few apps randomly FCing. Easy fix.
Settings->apps-> wipe data of each app thats FCing. Usually fixes the individual apps while leaving the bulk of your data intact!
