ok.... you are getting the "adb not recognized" error when you try to run option 2 of the .bat file right? .... so first thing you should try is update the motorola drivers you can get them

Ok. I'm not trying to judge, I am trying to get some help with this. I downloaded and ran the droid razr utility to install a custom rom. Now the phone is factory reset. Now what? I'm sure your software is great, but I'm completely new to this. So for users like me 1 click would make it worlds easier. All I know is my phone is wiped clean now, but i downloaded the software orginally to install a custom rom. So what do I do now?

Have you run option 2 of the utility to root your phone?

Yes. It's stuck at waiting for device. And my phone is showing an android guy with his stomach open and a triangle with an Exclamation mark. Now the phone is rebooting. Am I using the wrong version for my Razr HD?

You shouldn't be seeing that screen if you are running the utility .... any part of it....

Ok.... reboot computer ..... on your phone do you have USB debugging enabled...... is your phone in mtp mode....

Yes. USB debugging is on mtp. Do you have teamviewer so you can see what I'm seeing? Is this the right version of the razr utility?
