HELP. i JUST RAN THE droid razr hd utility 1.10 on my phone. Now it's "soft bricked"? Getting the message device is locked and no valid piv block. What the hell does all this mean? I just want my phone to work. What do I do now?

Keep it in fastboot mode , pray you have enough battery and download the latest utility for XT912 run it.

Keep it in fastboot mode , pray you have enough battery and download the latest utility for XT912 run it.

Tried to do it like in this video:
But it got stuck to 6/16 in RSD lite. So now when I switch the phone off and on again, it goes to AP Fastboot. Then I swich it off again and press power/volume up and down together and select normal boot. After that the phone starts as normal but is rooted. Can anyone help me to get my phone back to normal?? I would assume that there is a utility to fxz the gsm razr. Try asking in the GSM Razr Forum

You can use RSD Lite or you can use a Utility that isn't from last year ;)

DROID RAZR XT912 Jellybean Utility is in this forum section.

hi if someone can help me situation below

xt912 verozon 4g lte cdma 

stock 4.0.4 rooted, updated to JB Matt's utility, safestrap installed

after reboot it goes to fastboot screen - tried using utility option 1 to recover but failed low battery reason

bought factory cable can boot now in fastboot battery ok but utility option 1 stuck at writing mbm

Used RSD lite with JB image from batakang but RSD does not recognize though shows connected flashing from RSD stays at 1/16

what to do.??? 

can i recover from stock recovery if yes which xml 4.0.4 or JB and how

suggest proper way to recover.

You HAVE to get the battery charged. It will not flash correctly otherwise.

Thx for a quick resp. I thought the fastboot cable tricks phone into full charge !!!!!! that's what everybody says everywhere else!!!!! are you sure about full charge and how to charge battery on a bricked phone ??????? help

Yeah..... This utility is pretty outdated .... I'm assuming you have a RAZR 912 (I'm assuming you have a 912 since you're posting here).... If you have updated your RAZR at all you cannot use this....

What system version are you on? And what are you needing to do?

connect to PC with proper drivers and run the following command in a command prompt:

 

fastboot oem fb_mode_clear

 

Then reboot.
