What is the difference between the Eclipse launcher and APEX or Nova launchers?

Install them and check them out, then you will know what the differences are you can switch between them!!!!!!!!!! Whenever you hit the home key you will have the option to choose a launcher, when you decide on one check the box and it will be your default launcher !!!

Eclipse is super speedy and light on resources, but is not nearly as customizable.

I tried exhaustively to get smart actions working. The one from the play store was an obvious no-go, so i pulled the ics version apk out of the artic rebloat package. The app ran fine, but none of the rules would activate. The only thing i did not try was installing it as a system app. I start working from home next week and I won't need it so I gave up :-P

I just tried to do the same and install as a system app but the profiles would not activate. Will keep trying since I did like to use Smart Actions.

Only roms you should see much data drop on are the AOSP roms... CM9/AOKP base... all these newer roms are based straight off the 211 leak and should have rock solid data.. I haven't had issue with any of them..

Sent from my DROID RAZR

This rom isn't CM9 or AOKP based and I have no data problems. Actually, I had more problems with the roms built off cm9 than with this custom build.

Loving this ROM... it's running fast, no problems so far. Now if only I could figure out how to patch it to use PDroid...

Same here, it was solid as hell. I wasn't going to rush into upgrading to ICS, but now that Eclipse is here, count me in!! Now, I just need to see what's up with Safestrap. Never used it before!

Will you be implementing options to this later on? Such as which toggles it has, or lockscreen settings and such?

You might can give the rebloat zip file a try from the Arctic Rom thread. I am running Arctic and did that to get Smart Actions back. I then froze bloat with Titanium Backup. Worth a try

So I have stock .211 rooted and running fine and Safestrap installed and working, and I followed the OP instructions to a T and the ROM install said it was successful. However, when I reboot the phone, it boots up back into stock ICS, as if Eclipse was never installed. I went into Settings and checked the About Phone section and everything was still stock and the OS looks completely stock. What am I doing wrong?

Were you switched over to safe system first?

Yes I was, it wouldn't let me install the ROM unless Safe System was enabled.
