You can download Smart Actions from the market. Don't know if it has any dependencies but you wouldn't think so if it's on the market. You can check it out anyway.

You need SafeStrap to install this rom. If you don't know how to use SafeStrap do search and read up on SafeStrap.

you can root then flash to this after installing safestrap. there's a thread on safestrap and it's uses pinned in the development section.

Okay love this rom however couple of issues maybe someone can help 1 Battery does not seem to be as good as before however I have not actually put it to the test to compare. The biggest problem I have is the same problem I have when on stock rom and uninstall stock gallery(because it BLOWS) for some reason when I go to a site with video embeded in the page it will not play the vid and freezes the internet. I have tried to reset defaults they are greyed out, and I have tried to make sure that flash is up to date as I assume this is a flash thing (since the fruity phone cant play the same vid) here is an example of the vid I am trying to play that will not play

try on a phone with the rom to see if it works. The other issue I am having is the same issue I had on Eclipse 1.3 with GB I get data drops randomly like every so often some days no prob some days no data every 5 min.
If anyone has any ideas or solutions it is much appreciated

On 1.3 I was able to get 1day 15hrs and some change and that was with heavy usage to give you an idea of how heavy I use approx 900min tons of txt and 16.8gb of data a month

Also the screen shot reminds me I absolutely loved the hold the power button and screen shot on v1.3.
says my kernel is 3.0.8

Where the hell does one get version 1.3??? The OP has consistently said V 1.1? I'm lost and would love an update! I keep seeing posts about 1.2 and now 1.3, the OP never goes beyond 1.1.

if you dont mid me asking, are you using safestrap? what is your kernel version? also how are you going about installing this?

The only reason I ask is I have flashed just about every rom available for ICS right now and this one is the best one I have run so far, also the fastest. I haven't had any problems as of yet, but I have only been running for a day and half now. I was running the Arctic before I flashed this rom and upgraded my kernel to 214 with the matts utility that is provided in the thread. I reverted back to 211 before I flashed this rom because I wasnt sure if it would cause any negative effects. Whenever I installed this rom I did a wipe/ factory reset, wiped the cache partition, wiped the dalvik cache, formatted the system in mounts and storage and then installed the rom. Not sure if you have done the same way for the install but this has worked for me so far.

I just did once agaig however did nit immediately start downloading apps mainy to see if i did not install adobe if it would work and it did so now it is working with no apps downloaded. Im goimg to bavk this up and the download flash. I really thing that flash is the issue.

thats weird because I am running flash and still have no problems. I hate moto blur myself, some of the most useless crap I have ever seen. The only thing that I find somewhat useful is Smart Actions which is good for me because I have it set to turn my ringer to vibrate when I get to work and then come back on whenever I leave because I always forget to do both. My boss gets pissed when we would be in a meeting and the Game of Thrones intro would start blaring in the middle of it because I forgot to turn of my ringer.
