I don't know about the 206 leak, but I've been using the 211 update and haven't had a problem with this except one time: I was hooked up to my wall charger and that seemed to cause a HOST of issues like you stated. Once I disconnected it from the wall charger, the problem went away.
At the time this was happening, were you hooked up to a wall charger? If not, you might want to try the 211 update instead. It's much more stable from what others have stated and I haven't had any issues with it.
I just updated to the .211 update but installed Black Widow and have not experienced the issue. I'll look into it but that may very well have been the case.
Can someone care to elaborate on the difference between .206 and .211 that could potentially cause this issue?
My very basic understanding of SafeStrap (came from Galaxy Nexus) is that it acts as another layer that allows flashing of non-Motorola ROMs due to the bootloader? If that's way off, can someone direct me to some information on SafeStrap and what it does?

Well I tried to wait for 1.1 since I've seen that it was going to be released soon on twitter. But I can't waited any longer, hopefully all we have to do is wipe cache over 1.0

Just a quick question about the Power Control in the notification drawer. Is there anyway to modify it (like CM9) either at the code level or (preferably) through the UI? I just want to throw a brightness control in there in place of either the sound or rotation control.
Thanks in advance

That's why I use Titanium Backup! Saved my sorry butt once or twice!
Can't wait to see what improvements Nitro has made. He always makes good on his promises. I guess that's why I always come back to Eclipse.

R3Ds, thanks so much for reference to phone info, my battery-life thanks you; now I can toggle into cdma only, btw, what technology is evdo?
All the best, SpyderMan
EVDO is Verizons 3G, essentially, in the days before LTE.

Does Titanium work well with the Razr? I came from the Gnex camp, and many folks said not to use it to even restore apps without data...

I've used it extensively on my Razr without any issues. I think its become so taboo because people expect to image an entire ROM with it, then run into problems. I have only ever used it to back up user apps and data, but have started over from scratch several times when making big moves between bases. It's a great tool, just requires some common sense to use safely.

I've never had a problem with TiBu. It's pretty darned reliable if you ask me as long as you follow the rules, which there is only one: don't use it to backup system data and apps and try and restore them across different ROMs. Heck, I don't even backup the system apps, just the user apps and it's always worked fine for me.
