Download "Battery Calibration" from the Play Store. Drain your battery till it shuts down, charge to 100%, leave it on charge for at least an hour after it reaches full charge, Calibrate battery using the App., Repeat above procedure again, depending upon use you will see up to 30 hours. Do the above and you will have no problem!!!

Guess I will try this also because Im having battery issues also. Besides that it rocks.

I only have two problems that are not show stoppers.

• Panoramic view of camera crashing (already noted by other users)
• I will frequently see an message that Voice Control has unexpectedly stopped. This has affected my ability to use voice activation in hands-free mode with my blue-tooth headset.

I did see Nitro tweet late last night that version 1.1 of RAZR Eclipse was coming soon, so hopefully it addresses some of these issues.

Otherwise, Eclipse 1.0 has been very stable.

For those complaining about hearing how stable it was, it definitely is for the GB version and for the majority of us, it is for the ICS version as well. For this being an initial ICS version (hence, v1.0), it has been VERY stable other than the two issues I've noted, at least for me.

I would suggest possibly downloading the files again (if you haven't already done so) and see if that helps any. I hate to say this, but so far the people with problems of it freezing and such are in the minority. But, rest assured, Nitro is good on fixing issues. It might take a little time as he creates Eclipse for several phones (Nexus, Droid X2, Droid RAZR/RAZR MAXX, Galaxy Tab, Droid Bionic, Droid Charge, LG Spectrum and the Motorola Atrix 2), but he doesn't update them all at the same time. But, as I stated, he is already working on v1.1 of RAZR Eclipse and he stated it was almost ready.

I've been running Eclipse since my X2 days and it was one of the deciding factors as to why I went with the Droid RAZR over other phones (it was between the Nexus and the RAZR and I chose the RAZR because of the ability to use an external SD card). But, I was making sure that I could run Eclipse on my next phone because of how much support Nitro gives to such a wide range of devices.

Hello all. My first post here on this forum. I moved from a Galaxy Nexus to the Droid Razr after numerous problems will calls dropping, etc. Here is the problem I'm having with Eclipse.

ICS Leak .206
Safestrap 2.0

Downloaded and installed Eclipse without issue. I find that touch is very off. I'll select one app (i.e. Titanium Backup). Along with Titanium Backup going darker upon touch, two or three other apps will also go darker and then open as well. This issue happened in all applications (Settings -- Will open Display, Sound, etc when only selecting one /// Titanium Backup -- Selecting one app to restore will select two, three, or four, etc).

I ready through the pages briefly and if I missed a solution to this I apologize. I experienced this same issue with this rom as well as KOA AOKP B40.

Can't get custom ringtones/notification sounds to stick on reboot. I believe I had this issue with Eclipse on GB as well. Anybody else have this problem or a solution?

I don't know about the 206 leak, but I've been using the 211 update and haven't had a problem with this except one time: I was hooked up to my wall charger and that seemed to cause a HOST of issues like you stated. Once I disconnected it from the wall charger, the problem went away.

At the time this was happening, were you hooked up to a wall charger? If not, you might want to try the 211 update instead. It's much more stable from what others have stated and I haven't had any issues with it.

Not that I know of. However, screen shot is built into ICS and you can get that by holding Power and Volume down.

As for getting into recovery, as long as you have Safestrap installed, you have a choice of going into it when you're booting your phone by pressing the menu button. If you don't touch it within 10 seconds, it will boot into your phone normally.

I just use quick boot to reboot my phone so I don't have to power down and power back up. Sure, it's not at the power menu, but I have a shortcut to it on my home screen.

thanks for the reply! i used to have quick boot but with the extra options on the power button i didnt need it so uninstalled, looks like its time to reinstall

Can't get wifi tether or hotspot to work. Tried both sq lite and wifi tether trick from koa. Anyone else?

Find the entitlement_check line and change the 1 to a 0. Save it/Back out of SQLite and reboot phone. Then stock vzw hotspot will work.

Yeah, I as well cannot get either one to work...The built in hotspot comes on and I can connect with PC and iPad, but 3 or 4 mins into it, disconnects. Will research and find a fix..Will post if I make a find

I see this issue as well, a little googling revealed that it is an issue on the razr ics roms. KOA's trick did not work for me either

Was rocking Eclipse 1.3 on GB til .211 came out and then was on Arctic. I've had ICS Eclipse 1.0 on my g/f's razr for a while now and jealous. So now I'm flashing on mine.

Also used to rock Eclipse on the Bionic way back in the day. Nitro, you always build the perfect ROM for my use. FYI ICS Camera + has been rock solid on my g/f's razr along w/ the stock hotspot after changing her entitlement check.

Well I tried to wait for 1.1 since I've seen that it was going to be released soon on twitter. But I can't waited any longer, hopefully all we have to do is wipe cache over 1.0

As far as the guys having hotspot issues try Foxfi. I had the issues on Arctic when I first flashed it. Installed Foxfi and hotspot worked just fine. And yes slammin' ROM indeed!

Can't wait for school to start back up so these children will not be posting as much. I'm just saying it seems like such a long time ago w/ all the crack flashing my 2 razr's have seen...amongst other devices.
