I am having trouble with pattern lock. There is a delay ( like when the screen goes off the lock doesnt set until you turn i back on and try and open something then the pattern shows up). Also, you dont have the option to use the "default" lock screen/slide then have the "lock/security" pattern or pin show up.

In the security settings menu, go to the automatically lock option and set it to instantly. I have mine at ten minutes ago i don't always have to unlock it, but if i leave it alone for a bit it will lock

Is there any way to silence the camera sounds? I don't see it in any menus.

I'm noticing issues with battery life as well, on the maxx myself! Just some info on how I installed. Followed install to the letter: Wiped Data/Cache, setup my apps the way I want them. I installed 'Battery Calibration' app, charged my phone up to 100% and then some (overnight). Discharged batter to 0% (soon as the phone hit that level, it powered down, I was expecting to see some time at 0% but the phone was legitimately drained of power), then powered up to full 100% after. After unplugging yesterday morning, I noticed by nightfall I was down to 39%. THAT is unusual for a maxx, even with steady use! I have downloaded the 'Badass Battery' app and intend to see what the culprit is, as 'Spare Parts' doesn't show any of my apps causing huge drain that I can see.

So far I've been on battery this morning for an hour. Screen off, just letting it sit idle. I just checked 'Badass Battery' and 'Spare Parts'. Spare Parts shows the Android OS consuming the most battery. Badass Battery drills down deeper and shows the the kernel being the culprit. Anyway, just the things I've noticed.

Perhaps you have something keeping your phone awake? I had that issue on the .79 leak, and honestly I never figured out what it was, because the next day I went back to GB then up to the .211 ota. Try downloading Bettery Battery Stats and wait an hour or so and check the Partial Wakelocks. See what has been keeping your phone awake.

Also, in the 'other' section of Better Battery Stats, it will give you an Awake time and Screen On time. They should be almost identically (no more than 5-10 minutes apart I would like to believe). If the awake time is a lot longer than Screen On time, you probably have a wakelock problem.

Awesome Rom! Any chance there will be an option for the home screen to rotate to landscape when turned sideways?

It is in the launcher settings

Been using this ROM since the day you posted it. I'm loving it. I was running Eclipse on GB before too. I flashed Arctic today at work, and I'm restoring my Eclipse backup now. They both seem to work ok, but I love the look of Eclipse way more.

Just wanted to say good job, and thanks!

love eclipse so far but i have also been getting the fc when switching the camera to panorama mode and toggling certain effects in video mode such as the face altering options causes it to bug out. also wish there was an option to silence the camera as well.

ICS camera+ will fix panorama FC and silent mode issues.

To reinstall the blur camera, do we have to rename it Camera.apk to match the eclipse camera that we are deleting?

Just install it, use titanium backup to make it a system app and then freeze the yucky one and it will even replace the icon on the lockscreen :)

Also, you must use gallery2.apk with the blur camera, the eclipse gallery doesnt link to it. Just simply install it and it will work.

I noticed on all ics roms and leaks that if you use bluebooth alot it sucks the battery. At least thats my experience.

Use Matts utility 1.6 to flash back to stock 181. Then go to his.1.7 thread

His 1.7 thread has me ask the same questions, you can use just 1.7 and go right to .211
