I'm noticing issues with battery life as well, on the maxx myself! Just some info on how I installed. Followed install to the letter: Wiped Data/Cache, setup my apps the way I want them. I installed 'Battery Calibration' app, charged my phone up to 100% and then some (overnight). Discharged batter to 0% (soon as the phone hit that level, it powered down, I was expecting to see some time at 0% but the phone was legitimately drained of power), then powered up to full 100% after. After unplugging yesterday morning, I noticed by nightfall I was down to 39%. THAT is unusual for a maxx, even with steady use! I have downloaded the 'Badass Battery' app and intend to see what the culprit is, as 'Spare Parts' doesn't show any of my apps causing huge drain that I can see.
So far I've been on battery this morning for an hour. Screen off, just letting it sit idle. I just checked 'Badass Battery' and 'Spare Parts'. Spare Parts shows the Android OS consuming the most battery. Badass Battery drills down deeper and shows the the kernel being the culprit. Anyway, just the things I've noticed.
Perhaps you have something keeping your phone awake? I had that issue on the .79 leak, and honestly I never figured out what it was, because the next day I went back to GB then up to the .211 ota. Try downloading Bettery Battery Stats and wait an hour or so and check the Partial Wakelocks. See what has been keeping your phone awake.
Also, in the 'other' section of Better Battery Stats, it will give you an Awake time and Screen On time. They should be almost identically (no more than 5-10 minutes apart I would like to believe). If the awake time is a lot longer than Screen On time, you probably have a wakelock problem.
