Find the entitlement_check line and change the 1 to a 0. Save it/Back out of SQLite and reboot phone. Then stock vzw hotspot will work.

Thanks, works better. Still doesn't work with face effects but it force closes rather than getting stuck and having to reboot.

The GB version of Eclipse had Webtop baked in, does this version?

If not, will it at some point?

I have spent 30+ hrs finding a ROM that suits my needs, (finally found this one to use as my daily driver thank goodness!) tweaking it to suit my needs, and loading apps. And I must say it is a LONG and tedious process, but well worth it! I finally have a Phone that I can say that (at this point) that I am proud of. I must say that I am looking forward to starting the process all over again with the Razr HD or whatever phone I end up getting in the future. I just hope there is an Eclipse ROM to load onto it. I said all of that to say this... I F*****' love this ROM! Speed stability, battery, data on boot, ect. Long overdue donation coming when I get paid!

Been running this ROM since about 3 hours after it came out, and loving it, as I did on GB.

Started to use DSP and working with headphones, google music, and NO impact on sound at all. Any one else having this issue?

EDIT: I SS'd back to .211 stock/rooted on non-safe side. I could not find DSP Manager, but was able to adjust sound settings in google music. Those settings were able to adjust and I could easily hear impact on headphones. I'll jump back into Eclipse and see if for some reason that fixes it.

EDIT 2: Back to Eclipse, still NO impact to sound settings.

I put this ROM on the girlfriend's phone like three days ago. She's always had problems with data drops because her home is tough to get service in, but she hasn't dropped one time in three days on Eclipse. Nice work!

I love Eclipse on ICS just like I did on GB, but I am experiencing the worst battery life ever. Stock 211 doesn't have the problem, but I can watch my percentage tick down on eclipse. I got rid of the camera because I read higher up in the thread that it might be a culprit, but no dice. What else can I try? TIA.

I am having trouble with pattern lock. There is a delay ( like when the screen goes off the lock doesnt set until you turn i back on and try and open something then the pattern shows up). Also, you dont have the option to use the "default" lock screen/slide then have the "lock/security" pattern or pin show up.

Download "Battery Calibration" from the Play Store. Drain your battery till it shuts down, charge to 100%, leave it on charge for at least an hour after it reaches full charge, Calibrate battery using the App., Repeat above procedure again, depending upon use you will see up to 30 hours. Do the above and you will have no problem!!!

Tried that and can't connect on either of our computers. Had to disable the password protection, so I'm guessing it has something to do with that. Thanks!

Awesome Rom! Any chance there will be an option for the home screen to rotate to landscape when turned sideways?

Loaded this rom just as soon ICS finished loading. One question though, I use CameraZoomFX as my default, is there any way to change out the camera on the lock screen? or maybe even put whatever apps we would want on it? Thanks for the great ROM!

I'm noticing issues with battery life as well, on the maxx myself! Just some info on how I installed. Followed install to the letter: Wiped Data/Cache, setup my apps the way I want them. I installed 'Battery Calibration' app, charged my phone up to 100% and then some (overnight). Discharged batter to 0% (soon as the phone hit that level, it powered down, I was expecting to see some time at 0% but the phone was legitimately drained of power), then powered up to full 100% after. After unplugging yesterday morning, I noticed by nightfall I was down to 39%. THAT is unusual for a maxx, even with steady use! I have downloaded the 'Badass Battery' app and intend to see what the culprit is, as 'Spare Parts' doesn't show any of my apps causing huge drain that I can see.

So far I've been on battery this morning for an hour. Screen off, just letting it sit idle. I just checked 'Badass Battery' and 'Spare Parts'. Spare Parts shows the Android OS consuming the most battery. Badass Battery drills down deeper and shows the the kernel being the culprit. Anyway, just the things I've noticed.
