Yes, that's normal.  Those values aren't ever populated for most devices.  The Status Connected... is what you care about.  Don't know what you're trying to show me with bootloader locked.  Unlock it.

If there is a new FXZ for your phone, the house of moto can attempt to flash it and revive your phone. You're saying it's not flashing in rsd? Post the contents of the swdl txt file from the rsd folder so I can take a look.

Well i'm having problems, I was on 183 rooted and unlocked with your script. Then tried to downgrade with HoM. Now I am stuck at the red eye looking thing. I should have left well enough alone, but. Hope you can help. I also tried to go back to the 183 build with the UNIVERSAL script and same red eye loop.

Here is the log from HoM:

Your install's fine.  Please post the contents of the SWDL txt file in your RSD folder.  If it's bootlooping it generally means the data partition is corrupt.  Which may mean a factory data reset.  Something I try heavily to avoid but downgrading from 4.4.2 to 4.1.2 may require it.

If you used full, you already did an FDR as it wipes your data partition.  I forgot about the ART issue.  If you had switched to ART in 4.4.2 and then downgraded it would indeed bootloop.  In any case, now that you did a full, you can downgrade just fine but you will have to reinstall your apps.

Awesome, I will give it a try right now. Should I use FULL or UNIVERSAL on the downgrade?

What is ART? I don't think I was on it.

Thanks again.

You can ONLY downgrade with UNIVERSAL.  KEEP DATA or FULL will fail and leave you soft bricked.

ART is the Dalvik replacement.  You'd have to specifically know to turn it on as it's a pain in the ass to find.  Sounds like something just simply got corrupt on your data partition and now that you've done the FULL, you get a clean start on your downgrade.

One more thing, I extracted the unlocked_root_1.7 files into the HoM root folder and TWRP into the recovery folder. Root does show in the main menu, but when I select it it asked if I need to install recovery (twrp2710-razr-hd- m-kitkat) I pressed "y" and it returned the same question over and over. Am I missing something?

You are using lower case 'y' and not 'Y' right?

Yes I was. Must of had something to do with the corrupt partition. After I downgraded to 9.30.1 (without further problems I might add) the root script worked fine with exception of the TWRP-2.7.1.0 would not work (it would load but screen was frozen). I used TWRP-2.7.0.0 and it worked fine.

I'm downgraded, unlocked, rooted with recovery and grateful for your help. Thank you.

The problem with your script Sam is you are looking for *twrp* and the new name is all CAPS. :)

HUH?  He's on windows so case in filenames makes no difference.  That could screw with the mac/linux people but OHHHH, right I didn't include a sh script for unlocked root.  :p  :D  hehe.  No, if they type Y instead of y, it'll not recognize it as a valid response.  So it'll just keep asking.  That's an easy fix but not critical.
