cant find the path means one of two things generally.....you didnt extract the zip file or your not in the correct folder/directory when you ran the command......since you seem to have the correct directory structure and files, I believe its the second

"Encryption unsuccessful" and everytime i tap that reset phone button it doesn't do a damn thing.

I'd need to see the flash log to help further. My guess is something failed while flashing and you overlooked it thinking it was successful, but, it's only a guess. Run the HoM again and show me the output and we'll go from there.

Hi,
I am posting to this thread as you suggested. I have a xt912 and have House of Moto all prepped and ready to go. I am having an issue with the PC talking to the phone. I get the USB error.
I have the following:
desktop: Vista 32-bit
laptop: Win7 64-bit
cable: ecomoto SKN5004A and various standard USB cables
usb 2.0 port - verified it is yellow with 4 pins (next to the blue with 5 pins)
Razr xt912 fully charged
Motorolla drivers: 6.3.0 (latest)
Here's some background. Friday night the battery was low and it shut off. Not the normal graceful shutdown, but it just switched off. I charged it overnight. In the morning I powered it on and it stays at the red-eye. After a few fruitless google searches I ended up here. Today I called Motorolla and they said they could see activity from my phone and there were a lot of apps crashing. The had no other advice to share other than a factory reset, losing all of my data.
So, am I using the right OEM cable? Is the phone in the wrong USB mode? Or does that matter in Fastboot?
Thanks,
Bill

@Sam - wonder if this would be a good candidate for the FXZ flash tool thingy?

You need to use the original USB cable that came with the phone. It matters. A lot.

The SKN5004A is the one that came with it. It has a label on it that reads Ecomoto.

Then you have either a driver and/or USB port issue.

Hey guys, thanks in advance. Cad cm11 installed but was having issues that annoyed me so I thought I'd be slick and revert to stock. Downloaded correct firmware and edited it by deleteing any lines with var , get var or oem as the page i was on said to do. I flashed with rsd lite and it really didnt act like it even tried to do anything..it just said failed. Now stuck in bootloader ,though i can get to recovery is when i noticed the cm11 that i know was there is not showing up or gone. I used house of moto to the T as far as i can tell and still no dice. I clicked change log and got this....any ideas ?
Hopefully i didnt completely screw my phone as ive been unemployed and cant buy another, and i need this phone in case a potential employer calls. Yea..I know, shoulda left it alone .
