Then something isn't setup right.  The script should be running from the FXZ_xtXXX dir.  Darwin is a sub-dir of that folder.  So when the script runs, ./Darwin/fastboot is the correct path.  .. would take you up a level back to the HouseOfMoto folder which would be wrong.

Quite simply..... It appears you are using the wrong fxz file.....

What are you on....(device, system version,etc).....and what are you trying to flash........

It's more than that. Path not found means you didn't follow the directions. It's why I say to read multiple times and not make assumptions about how to install it.

I finally got a chance to look at your XDA thread.  So you're on an xt925.  I SERIOUSLY hope you got the right FXZ and didn't try to flash an XT926 FXZ to your phone or you may very well have bricked it.  Ensure you have the latest XT925 FXZ and try again with the RSD mode of the House of Moto.  Post the SWDL.txt file from the RSD folder.  Your fastboot installation is totally messed up so we'll not even go that route.

Hopefully I ask for help right here.  To start I have a Bionic xt_875.  I have not used in a long time.  Broke the screen on my Galaxy s3 so I was going to use the bionic till I got the new screen.  When I turned on the phone it updated to the 6.7.246 version fine. Then the phone tried to update again to the newest version and now it gets stuck at the droid screen on bootup.  I have tried hom and rds to no avail.  hom says fails on a few different things.  I will attach the info from both hom and rds.  oh yes I am using the cable that came with the phone

It flashed fine. Unfortunately looks like your data partition somehow got corrupted.  You're going to have to FDR it which will wipe it clean back to factory defaults.  You can boot into recovery to do it or you can flash full.

that's what I thought too. So I have factory reset it and full flashed. Still getting errors from hom. says there not such directory for cache, cdt.bin, and emstorage. Also I believe the bootloader is missing cause an error with mbmloader.bin
Guessing it's just a paper weight now .

I saw this the other day somewhere in the threads....the only thing I could think of was that it wasnt waiting for the device to be ready after the reboot for some odd reason, my suggestion was to try and add a pause in there....I dont recall if the person replied to that....

It's flashing properly so I really don't have any good answer for you.  How long are you letting it sit?  Could maybe be a sim card issue or some other hardware issue.

I let it try booting for over 20 minutes. not a surprise though as I said it hasn't been turned on in about 2yrs.

I'd guess some kind of hardware failure.  Very strange since everything flashed properly.

I'd guess a USB cable or port issue in your case.  Make sure you're using the original USB cable that came with your phone and that you are using a USB 2.0 port, *NOT* a USB 3.0 port.  Make sure your drivers are up to date, as well.
