I think I was pretty clear that your phone likely has physical problems that can't be fixed by continuing to flash it. I don't know what else to tell you.

hi there, I seem to be at a total loss.. have never used house of moto before. normally just RSD phone back to stock. however I have been needing to go back to stock on my xt1080 onto 4.2.2 for the root up to 4.4.
I followed directions, yet I somehow have managed to screw them up as I open the .bat to start the flash, and after choosing my model and method (fastboot or rsd) it will not let me choose either to do a full or flash and keep data. ive done the .java file to generate the scripts which it puts into my folder itself? but still at a loss.. am I missing an extra download as well still? thanks in advance

Oh I'm quite sure your install is not even close to right. Post a log.

First off thanks.
I softbricked my xt907.
Bit confused on a couple of things.
Will move all to C:\ just hope I have enough room on my SSD.
To the best of my knowledge I was at 98.18.94, that version is not available and downgrade not supported I have no choice but to go 98.30.1.
Hope my samsung saferoot supports that version since I cannot remember if I installed voodoo.
The other issue is "Snapdragon device (xt907, xt926), you MUST extract
to your FXZ_xt#### directory"Which means you want 3 folders in the FXZ and I can delete the MAC/LX folders and just have a Windows folder? Or you mean extract and move fastboot+adbDLL to FXZ folder.
Since confusion, I have decided to use RSD so it should not matter?
Also the error when D/Ling and running JARs is an easy fix. It is all paths. So I just renamed ZIP to JAR and created a BAT file to add path to JRE. I guess they are browser tools and do not need path to find.
Just hoping it is a PRE tool and not needed by HoM at run time.
Again thanks

9.30.1 = 9.18.94. They are literally the same version and only display differently based upon whether root is installed. So you're good there.
Use my saferoot-moto as it integrates right into the House of Moto (unzip to the HouseOfMoto\root dir)
You will extract all 3 folders to the FXZ_xt926 folder and leave them there. DO NOT move them.
The FXZ-ScriptGenerator is used to create the scripts that the House of Moto uses. They need to be created in the FXZ_xt926 directory and should only need to be done once.

will have to read a little more I guess, no utils folder
and a moto driver error (no device in AP Fastboot/only in Restore)

Edit:
Saw a reply about copying Windows/fastboot to utils/snapdragon-fastboot
So I did the same except called it moto-fastboot.
CreateLOG and new motodriver now find my device (SERIAL# fastboot)
off to get your saferoot OH YA!
Funny I can still call it SAMMY saferoot!

There IS no utils directory. Did you read what I wrote?

And P.S. It's not "Sammy saferoot"...it's Sony saferoot as the exploit was adapted from a Sony root method first.

Thanks I am back 100%
And I read and did not MOVE/only copied.
In your CreateLogs there is a line that says:
I know it is for you, but helped me to figure things out.
And which does like ADB does in restore mode and gives a list of devices.
One thing i did notice is you MUST Generate scripts AFTER it is moved to C:\
It appears to have relocked it to VZW so I will have to mod that again.
The whole reason I bricked it was trying to be TMO and data roaming is ALWAYS on, it is that way even now reverted to factory.
Thanks for the great tool!

Tossing major kudos to SamuriHL for the work on this tool, and the impeccable documentation/instructions!
Accidently hit install on the kitkat update on my xt1080, and sent it into the boot loop!
Didn't freak, because I keep regular backups offline. Full loss would have gotten about 2 days of texts, and some progress in a game.Came here, read, re-read, and read again the instructions. Performed each step, then re-read all of the instructions before moving to the next step.
First shot...success! Got my phone back, albeit without root, but am able to get last nights titanium backups off so I have most current data saved before I go for root again.
I can't emphasize how important it is to grasp the fact that the instructions are immutable, and must be followed EXACTLY, letter for letter, with no deviation.

Just a note... I'm off grid until next Saturday. Try not to break things while I'm gone.

It's OK I broke my screen last week. Don't plan on doing that twice.

Okay, So I need help, please. I have a Droid Razr HD XT926 that was given to me by my sister-in-law with the bootloader already unlocked. I had the tethering hotspot setting changed by my brother so I could use the factory option instead of using an app from the play store. Then I saw on CNET that there was a Carbon 4.4 Kit Kat Rom that was *relatively simple* install. I called my brother and he walked me through the instructions on the TA website. I had CWM 5.3.3.7 installed but needed 6.0.4.4 in order to complete the ROM flash. I Wasn't able to get the CWM update so I assumed I needed to root. Went out to XDA and followed the instructions. When I applied the OTA update after temporarily removing root in Voodoo, the phone soft bricked into it's current state. I have folowed HOM instructions (I believe) and have the log file listed below. My home computer that I am using is on Windows 7, SP1 with a 64bit OS. I have no idea what software version I was on before the OTA took effect and failed to write anything down to confirm now. I am in Fastboot, but unable to get into any other mode (phone turns on in Fastboot, even when three button resetting). Odd fact, when I plug in the usb cable, green light kicks on like it wants to charge but then screen lights up with AP Fastboot and never turns off.
I have also tried with all 6 versions of XT926 from the SBF site over the last four days with no luck using both flash and RSD with no luck. RSD kicks it out without even trying to run.
Is there any hope of salvaging the phone, or is it toast?
Thanks again for anyone able to assist-
