Damn, Sam, I'm excited to see what this new app is. And really sad my Bionic crapped out. Might need to try to find another to play around with

I'll try to put together the ui code today. Maybe. Once that's done the rest is academic for me. And then it will become apparent why I made the changes to the HoM. Hopefully I can get it written this week.

Samuri the only bug I found is when you switch phones.  If I put in xt1080 it says files not found I close house of moto and reopen and it is ready to go. I switch it with xt907 and it says files not found then close it reopen and it is ready to fxz xt907.   It works great I am fxz'ing as I type this keep data so I have it set up right.

Ok, good to know.  Once my new work is done the old scripting based stuff goes away forever.  The new app will work with any FXZ automatically with no coding changes required.  Java based so one piece of code works on all 3 platforms.  Script based flashing needs to die.  I'll keep the FXZ Script Generator for those who want to continue using RSD and I will enhance it when I get a chance to do some automated script generation for common things, but, in the end, the new program is totally ideal.

Awesome tool Sam. I used HOM 2.0 that got my 2nd XT1080 working from a soft brick state. The only problem I am having is ADB will not recognize phone unless it's in tool boot. Recovery boot doesn't boot either. I have factory reset and still no luck. Restarted laptop, restarted phone, changed USB ports. And help would be appreciated. Thank you again for this awesome tool.

Reinstall the driver and make sure USB debugging is enabled.

I redid the drivers from your tutorial. There isn't a option in setup to select debugging when the USB cable is plugged into laptop.

Don't know what to tell you then.  If ADB isn't seeing the device, then there's a problem with the USB port, USB cable, driver, or settings on the phone.

Got it. Had to activate developer options by pressing build number several times. Thank you for your help.

USB debugging is in developers options in settings if you don't see developers options go to settings about phone and tap the build number 7 times and it will tell you that your a developer.  Now developer options will he in your settings.

Well, I see a "battery low" in there, that could cause a problem.  I'm sure someone else with more expertise will chime in.

Stupid question: I'm in the process of doing a device swap. I just put the device going back to VZW through a FULL_XT1080 RSD install with HoM 2.0. Since the SIM is already out of it, I can't now log in and verify that everything is in fact wiped. Does the userdata partition wipe also zap everything in the emulated sdcard directory?

Not a stupid question.... but yes, its a good idea to do a full FXZ on your device that is going back to VZW....:)

Yes. If you're truly paranoid you can boot into recovery and fdr it.

thank you for this well done and oh so helpful post. i am just a amateur tinkerer, so when i accidentally wiped my OS from my bionic it was frustrating but finding this and following everything after few tries with the different  FXZ files to find the correct one i am happy to say i have a fully functioninf bionic back.
