Mine just in case

Just a quick summary of questions, because I'm not super familiar with flashing roms.
 

1. This is for the Nexus 7 2013, WIFI only model?

2. I'm using TWRP, so go to wipe, do factory reset?

3. Flash/install Liquid-JB-V2.9-OFFICIAL-GROUPER.zip and gapps?

4. Restart it and give it a few minutes to load?

 

Even if I'm missing any small steps feel free to tell me, you can talk to me like I'm dumb, as long as I get Liquid Smooth to working fine, I'm fine.
