Quick question. Do I place the Zip on the internal or external SD. My gut is telling me internal
I put mine on sd card which is wrong maybe?

Flash works fine. That APK is unused. It's the APK that that would tell you that Flash is unsupported in in earlier builds.Flash will not work on stock ics build. Look in your system/apps there is an apk called flash removal. Moto is being apple and only wants html5.

I could try the ES file explorer way but the file is on my sd card but it's still not showing in ES file explorer.
Update: Yeah same error.
E:Error in tmp/sideload/package.zip

OK. So I'm probably dumb and forgot to wipe data before sideloading 211 file. Maybe that's why I recieved the aborted install error? Will try wipe and sideload again now. Otherwise guess I'll have to fastboot back to 181 again I assume?

You must be on stock .181 rooted. No Bootstrap or Sidestrap. If the files are not showing on ES File then you might need to go into settings and check the two root boxes and then you should not have an issue. Save file to cache and click on leak file and rom manager does the rest. If you fail to sideload, the files in cache disappear and have to be resaved there.

Its not that bad with the new method that doesn't wipe your phone. I flash and just have to tweak a few things for like 2 minutes. That's all.Another one??? wow I am sure glad I didn't update to 210. I am very happy with 209. Not planning on updating anymore till the official ota comes out.

i may not move from .210 until the ota hits, getting tired of setting everything back up. this is as bad as using cm9 nightlies, lol.

Does taking this update pull you from the OTA updates in the future?
im going to say yes it does. but you should be able to fastboot the ota, no issues when it drops.

You need to go and read the instructions for 206 or 209 and follow them. There are a number of steps you are missing. I would post them for you here but I'm not at a computer.

If your happy with .210 that's cool, no need to flash 'em all, but you can use my teaks to Matt's Utility , keep your data and not have to set anything back up. There may be a few apps that you have to reinstall or clear data on, but that's about it.i may not move from .210 until the ota hits, getting tired of setting everything back up. this is as bad as using cm9 nightlies, lol.
