From .181 to .211
-Added 2 files (.211 and other file)to SD card in the cache
-Use root keeper to keep root
-Rom manager selected the 4.04
-It installed by itself in 5 mins and rebooted and I had 4.04 on my device
-Rerooted my device using root keeper
Now I have 4.04 on my device within 5 min!!!!!!

Hey I dont get why some of you are going through so much trouble to install this. All I did was this
From .181 to .211
-Added 2 files (.211 and other file)to SD card in the cache
-Use root keeper to keep root
-Rom manager selected the 4.04
-It installed by itself in 5 mins and rebooted and I had 4.04 on my device
-Rerooted my device using root keeper
Now I have 4.04 on my device within 5 min!!!!!!
It is a more difficult process coming from another ICS leak. Not quite that simple. But yes, coming from 181 is pretty easy.

Understatement... not even close as coming from another leak.. only trouble I ran into was going from 209 to 210.. all the rest has been easy enough.. also SINCE 210 my gallery on any custom rom was having issues reading media from SD ext... I finally wiped both internal and external... seems to have fixed it for the most part..It is a more difficult process coming from another ICS leak. Not quite that simple. But yes, coming from 181 is pretty easy. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

I was coming from 181, but rootkeeper didn't work for me. I had to use Matt's utility and unstuck bat files to get rooted.
This is my first ICS leak. Nicely done, Moto. Even more gratitude to Matt for his amazing stuff, and to everyone else who helps and supports.

Has anyone found any roms that will work on 211 without causing major data issues. I have flashed a bunch of roms since upgrading to 211. I have data issues on every single one. It gets to the point that not very long after flashing roms, I can't get 3g or 4g. I have tried all the toggle methods, wiping Cache, Dalvik..etc...Any more suggestions? I think the leak is good. I have absolutely no data issues on stock 211.
Once ROMs are built using the stock one as a base we will have them wo issues.

Stock works great for me. I'm taking a hiatus from custom roms until we get a fix for data. Even when I manage to get good data on a custom rom (all of them) it's temporary at best.
With the flashable 211 stock rom that hashcode released, I can customize stock while maintaining a strong data connection.

Yeah, I pretty did that coming from .79 to .206, but for some reason it would not work going from .206 to .211, but I figured it out.

Yeah, I had Axiom prior to the leaks, and it was awesome, except the data connection would suddenly go away - you have a link for that hashcode ROM?Stock works great for me. I'm taking a hiatus from custom roms until we get a fix for data. Even when I manage to get good data on a custom rom (all of them) it's temporary at best.

A lot of you people on GB and the fastbootable leaks are gonna be in for a surprise when you take the OTA and still can't go back to GB lol.

Only if they don't have a brain on there shoulders.....lol. Once you OTA to a new version of Android you can Never flash back to a prior version.
