Test5 booted and ran pretty good for me!  Will keep punishing it throughout the day and report back..

 

 

As for suggestions, here's my request list in no particular order..

 

Expanded reboot menu

% battery mod (text option or other)

Android 4.3 camera and gallery

Android 4.2 clock

lose bloat apps - Pandora, Twitter, Apollo, Apex, etc

Got test 4 running up and running. RSD to stock→rooted→twrp2.6 . Gave same errors but when rebooted I knew this was not stock for obvious reasons. Anxiously awaiting next build.nice work!

Test 5 is working like a charm so far. Only thing I haven't tried is gps and nfc but I'm sure they'll be good. This is my new DD for sure!

BTW, deadrage Nav bar center clock.honeycomb battery mod works on this ROM.  

Edit: it was already noted that these mods work on stock deodex & and other ROMs. I should have read further.  :

OP updated with link to Test 6. Please wipe everything, flash, and report back. Look for accurate battery mod and test the crap out of the cameras. Thanks!!!

I haven't tried flashing yet but I noticed the ROM is inside a folder within the zip (rage_m_alpha_test_6.zip\rage_m_alpha_test_6\<files are here> -- is that going to be a problem?

SO I have loaded Test 6 and it loads fine. only issue I have had, is with an error that keeps popping up. System UI has stopped working.

not sure if anyone else is getting this and if not, can someone help?

TEST 6 PULLED. This device sucks!! Uploading another test now. If anyone has an M they want rid of on the cheap or would be willing to donate, this would go a hell of a lot faster

if ui is still busted that is why navbar is gone. Will you please confirm working extended power menu? I would like to know before I go back into the ROM. Thanks

Got boot loop . Checked rechecked and still bootlooped.trying a dirty flash off of a back up just to see what is to be seen. I'll post back if anything works out

this damn ROM is really pissing me off. Try a dirty flash on top of test 5

Exactly what I was thinking/ did.it failed. gonna try one more thing.it was how I got 4 to work,coming off of a fresh factory image. Might be a bit,computer is in use at the moment.
