I did the Rage HD OTA Update method from within Settings on the phone.

Is there anything wrong with download in rom? I Download twice keep getting error about bianaries in ota had a hell of a time but got back to my backup of 2.1 anyone else having problems?

Where is the aosp browser in deox apps? Got it going working just fine. I'm on stock Google browser go xt925 beats the hell out of chrome wanna try aosp browser see if any different.

Few questions and comments:

Also noticed Chrome Lag. Put Boat Browser on and it is much better. I like Chrome but I am living without it.

I prefer Atom Launcher over all others. Installed. Works great. Can't remove ADW? Is that normal?

Where is this PIE thing-a-ma-bob? Can't find it... do I have to use ADW to have it?

You can remove ADW with Titanium Backup Pro, or just freeze it with the free version.  I believe it's baked in as a system app and that's why conventional uninstallation fails.  If frozen, it's not present as far as the system is concerned.  If the lag persist, I would recommend flashing the aarrrrgggghhhh kernel mentioned in this thread.  With overclocking, the lag is minimal, if present at all. Orrrr try setting the built in kernel to performance for the governor. Have fun with it man, this ROM is awesome!

I like 2.2 a lot! I tried to flash aarrgghh kernel and it wouldn't boot after flash. I had to restore a backup. Anybody else encounter this? I may try again to be certain.

ADW launcher is not in this ROM. It's Apex and it can be removed by deleting it from /system/app. Pie controls is LMT in the app drawer. The one in 2.1 no longer works you need to be on 2.2. Chrome sucks, flash the aosp browser in the RageHD_extras folder on your internal SD card

its in the RageHD_extras folder on internal SD card. You need to flash it in recovery

I flashed it many times w/o problems... did you mount system when you flashed it?
