It looks like the xt907 android_device files were forked into the slimrom repository a few days ago. Does this mean it will be officially supported soon? It appears you may have some more time on your hands somber.

I'm very noobish to this so I'm sorry if these are dumb questions.

I'm trying to flash the zips through SS v. 3.12 into ROM Slot 1. I'm installing:

SS is backed with TWRP v. 2.2.2.1

After I flash, when the phone is rebooted the screen goes black and stays black forever. I have to do a hard reboot (power + volume keys) to get the phone to reboot and go back to my stock ROM in SS.

Any ideas?

I have an idea but it may not work. Su is disabled by default in cm10.2 and could be conflicting with SS's magic. Try installing slim rom into slot one and then installing the flashable supersu zip 1.65 on top of it.

I see. Thanks for the info.

Is there an easy way to tell what ROM's are SS compatible? And would you recommend using something instead of SS?

If your unlocked get rid of ss and get cwm or twrp. I like twrp seems easier to use. Then you can flash anything. If not unlocked keep ss and get a deodexed base 4.1.2 ROM and customize it how you want.

Did you run a clean install, including wiping data and mounting system prior to wiping?
