I have been looking all over internet and fourms/posts trying to learn to change the motorola (boot logo) i cant seem to find out how, looked to see if it is done by app, utility, flashing in some way, and i have not found a successful way.

  any one that knows of a way to change the boot logo on the droid razr m  let me know .

in (rom toolbox pro) select boot animations then you can use custom zip files to use under the local tap

Boot animations and boot logos are 2 different things.  Which one were you asking about?

Boot logo is the first image displayed like the motorolla m logo then onto the animation as phone loads the operating system ..I got the boot animation on mine changed but was having issues with boot logo .. have not been able to replace m logo with custom pic.
