I had the same problem. Finally chose a different slot and that fixed it.

Sitting at work here and flashed it to slot 2. GREAT! WORKS! Totally forgot how loud the boot screen was and I work in a very...very quiet office. BLOOSSSHHHAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! 

 

My co-workers looked at me like, "wtf?" Whoopsies. Anywho! It works!

First thing I do after flashing a ROM is to delete the boot media file....that exact scenario had happened to me too many times, lol.

Lol! I agree with that 100%...I only upgraded to 3.65 to test some 4.4 stuff. I really like 3.11 better personally.

Not sure what I did wrong. I was running slim kat on rom-slot-2. I deleted a previous liquid smooth install on rom-slot-1 and created a new rom-slot-1 for BR.  After wiping everything multiple times I flashed just the rom. Upon starting the setup it hangs at "Please wait, this may take a few minutes." Red circle in the network icon and baseband version says "unknown"

 

Can anyone help?

OK, so there are two possibilities...
1. You simply have a bad download.
Try redownloading on a PC if possible and transfer the ROM over to your external SD card.

2. If that still doesn't work try creating a slot on romslot 3 or 4. I assume you want to keep slot 2 as it is.

80% of the time it is a download issue. I hope you get it going!

On a different note...I should have my unlocked HD Maxx tomorrow!!! Super excited...I will however continue to update this ROM so long as it seems it is wanted...so keep the comments comin'! Lol! I'll just reiterate...if you have a request or an idea for the ROM don't be shy!! I'll do my very best to accommodate. Thanks to everyone for all the support and feedback...good or bad...it all helps.

Try the different slot, 3 or 4, before you download everything again. That has fixed issues for me before and it is easier than downloading and transferring everything, lol.
