So the next update is fast approaching. I want your opinions on something. How many of you would be heartbroken if Google search (aka Google Now)wasn't baked in? If its a big deal I'll leave it but it occurred to me I haven't touched it in weeks lol! Also if you all had a custom launcher app of choice what would it be Go Nova Apex etc.? I haven't picked one thus far because it seems like everyone has a favorite. Thanks in advance for any thoughts you share.

Personally I use Apex launcher. If Google Now isn't baked in, can't you just download it from Play? Thanks in advance for getting another update out... :-)

Yes you absolutely can install Google Now from the playstore.

They all have their pros and cons but whichever I add it will be a user app so it can be easily changed. I'm just trying to get a feel for what y'all like and want. This is about you! I always appreciated that about BDH and RageRom a dev who listens to the folks who use the ROM and tries their best to add or subtract things accordingly.

My phone isn't showing the name or number of people calling me. Any ideas why this is happening? Also this update seems to be a lot slower than 1.1 My phone was way fast but now lags and takes forever to load apps.

Actually the ROM is running fine. I did a reboot and it seemed to fix my issues. I'll try icing. It made a big difference last ROM.

I updated the phone.apk that you posted. Hopefully this fixes it.

Hey jl......not sure what the deal is but there seems to be an issue with my alarm. Took a few days to realize it as I though I was just sleeping through it. Ok the alarm goes off when I test it, but when I actually set it overnight to wake me up, it doesn't go off....not sure what the deal is.
P.s. I have never slept through the alarm before so I don't suspect that I'd the case and I woke up early one day and waited for it to go off and it never did.

Hmm. Well the first thing I would do is the ol' cache and dalvik wipes. Then set an alarm for a couple minutes from current time and see if its working. If not try a permissions fix in safe strap. I would hate to see somebody be late to work because of a faulty alarm app.

That's because of the theming if you installed the one I posted you should be good to go... I was going on a vacation last weekend and hurried through the theming...sorry bud.

I updated the phone.apk that you posted. Hopefully this fixes it.

Using cleanmaster and greenify will help too but rebooting every once in awhile is healthy for the phone.

That's the weird thing....I've done the testing for a few minutes after current time and it has always gone off. But anytime I have it set for the morning and overnight it doesn't seem to go off.....I will keep you posted but for now have another alarm clock app and a back up
