Not sure if this topic is elsewhere, if so my apologies, here are some roms that I've had success loading and using with my RAZR hd xt 926 locked bootloader using safe strap 3.12. I personally don't want to have to void any warranty to load roms that have bugs and just don't work, so far these work great, just search for them cuz i don't have the links atm:

Besides..with moto locking down the tz on this phone with their updates, it seems to me that these ROM developers really should continue making stuff that either works with ss or that just doesn't need an unlocked bootloader...
Don't mean to sound ungrateful but the whole cat and mouse chase game is pretty lame..i had an og RAZR and none of those roms require an unlocked bootloader....

my xt912 is running Eclipse & I don't have an unlocked b/l

maybe it has to do with the diff betwn diff phone models, or rom is diff for your model & my xt912

The 912 is different than the HD.  However, there is an older SS compatible version of Eclipse that I think is still out there.  I know there's one for the RazrM.

Roms are NOT interchangeable between different devices. Only attempt to flash roms built for the device you are flashing on!

Xt912 is the og RAZR cdma, this thread is for the xt926 RAZR HD cdma

Ya for some reason some roms say they need an unlocked bootloader when in fact they don't.
