It only seems to work with certain audio apps. Pandora does not, but Google Music does

It should work with any app that DSP Manager does.

For anyone with issues installing i made a small utility that installs it for you. It requires a rooted phone on any of the ICS Leaks (not gingerbread)

Just tried your zip as a last resort.... when I choose the zip in bootstrap it says installing update then it says installation aborted... wiped cache, dalvik cache, tried it mounting system, then without mounting system... either way produces the same result... installation aborted.... I checked and still no change in the beats control app.... I know that Pandora works with a dsp manager because I used the one that came with eclipse on it and you could tell instantly when you made an adjustment in dsp manager that it was working... I wonder if I need to install dsp manager somehow first? Is there a way to do that on stock ICS?

I have it installed fine. I did as Hicks posted to do. Just I cannot hear a change in my sound. I am not sure if I need to wipe all cache or not. Wish it did work. Sad face.....

What leak are you running? I'm running .79 and I have the same issue you are having... maybe it doesn't work on .79...?

I am so sorry if I was unclear. This is not to be used in bootstrap. You download it to your comp and extract it to your desktop and run it just like unstuck ics utility or DROID RAZR utility

Thank you for this utility! I tried doing it the manual way several times and each time, after all the steps, i reboot and she wouldn't boot up, no matter what. Lost everything, several times. Tried the utility once at it worked the 1st time.

I just updated the zip file on the link and added a Gingerbread option (it does NOT include the BEATS app since it is not compatible with GB and it fixes permissions for you)

The utility didn't work for me... hangs on starting daemon... is it because I'm on the .79 ICS leak? I have all the up to date moto drivers installed... I even installed the 5.7 development drivers to make sure my PC could see the RAZR in any setting...
