Idk if you can add a line to delete the Dsp when flashing this? But i assume that it would fix everything?

also seems to work with apollo and some of my other music players, it just doesn't enhance streaming I don't think, spotify, pandora etc
otherwise nice work, it ranks up there with dsp manager and poweramp in terms of getting a better sound from the stock (or mod) you are using
oh, and its working on Artic on safestrap over 211

I moved all the files to their proper homes (/app, /bin, /lib, /etc)
Changed permissions for the .apk's to rw-r--r-- (anyone know if you're supposed to change them for every file or just the .apk's)
Entered lines into system/build.prop (save)
Wiped cache/dalvik cache
Rebooted...
1st Reboot takes longer for it to rebuild dalvik and etc...
"Awesome BEATS" shows in App Tray, opens properly, allows me to adjust everything. including equalizer (DSP would FC equalizer)
Audio sounds better overall but can't fully test it as I'm currently at work and did it through earbuds.
Two things I'm trying to figure out:
-If it works with doubleTwist (doubt it because they have their own equalizer you have to purchase)
-If you can listen to a song and change settings at the same time, didn't hear a diff when I tried but again only through earbuds.
Also noted, when I went into the stock My Music; I went to settings, then audio effects, then music effects and it allows you to select either "MusicFX" or "AwesomeBEATS" to be your music effect program of choice. Everything seems to work correctly and doesn't give any errors or issues, overall music sounds better but doesn't seem to change much when I adjust settings (I will play with it more when I can test through the phone speaker)
Thanks SPC_Hicks!!!
Edit: AHHH sorry, didn't realize how long it was until I posted!

I did not hear a difference using Apollo player however.
I can hear this difference in headphones or speaker itself.
Just my experience -

When I try to flash via recovery I get the following:
-- Install /sdcard ...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted
I shouldnt HAVE to run a ROM am I right?
I've redownloaded the file 4 or 5 times already and the md5 matches every time... help?

If you are already using Safestrap, then yes. It can only be installed on the "safe" system.
Just make sure you uninstall one before you install the other! Bootstrap + Safestrap trying to run together = brick!
