CURRENTLY MDK BUILD ONLY!

This is a tool i put together to help with rooting your GS4. Once you open the zip file, extract the folder onto your desktop and begin by running the batch file inside. If you have any questions, feel free to post them here.

Just got my GS4DE so glad to join in on discussion :D

Does this method apply for the DE also? I know this is posted in the developer thread but the original is not which is why i ask. I have only had moto and HTC devices so i am pretty green to Samsung methods.

My build is MDK also.

My current software version is VRUEMJ7, will this tool root that version? If not, is there another method ?

Nope..gonna need to use a different method if it ever comes. Had you waited to update from whatever version , this could have worked for you :http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=2504408

OTA's are evil...which is why I stayed on MDK

Really shouldn't rely on Root always being there..the last few exploits were due to Sammy not plugging known holes. The Loki exploit for MDK was a blessing from Dan. Each update closes more holes and to be honest, this latest update might take a while to root. If you are going to update, always wait until you know it can be rooted.

Just throwing this out there.... How can i get ahold of the source code to whomever wrote this ? I have a lot of C# Programming Expierence and i want to dig through the process and hopefully build more for the S4. Any root source control would be fine, i just want an idea of how and what is done. I use Visual Studio for my programming... Anyone have a Solution Project for a root?

Thanks
