. I hope posting it here is OK. This is my 1st post in the forum. Anyway, after flashing with TWRP, I found that everything was working. You have to reinstall all your apps (at least I did) so backup your apps first. I did a total backup to SD before flashing. Myself; I was hoping for a more stock 4.3 experience. CM 10.2 was impressive though, just not what I was hoping for.

Interesting thing I found this morning with CM10.2 alpha. I tried to a backup with TWRP 2.5. I couldn't because Data takes up 413273MB. I didn't realize I had over 400GB on my M  :

This is a different build than posted here.  Everyone is pretty well aware that this build is in alpha and will be updated to a working build.  I know Tim is dilligently working on it.  DHacker's build is different.  We appreciate the input and Tim is pretty laid back, so he probably won't have a problem with you posting that link, but in the future you'll want to talk to the OP, prior to posting a link to a different thread for the same ROM.

I was all excited about this, until I realized its just another version of JB. LOL, I thought we were on the verge of getting KEY LIME PIE! So I downloaded that "Other Guy"'s cm 10.2. First time install went great, looked good... Until I tried to install an app requiring root. Apparently its not there. Tried rebooting, tried installing Supersu from TWRP... that hung me at the red Moto logo... Tried wiping it all and reinstalling. Couldn't get past the Moto logo anymore. Recovery, wipe 3 times, restored my backup of Xylon.... All good again... Moral of the story... I'll just wait on you, Tim! Sent from my Droid Razr M using Tapatalk 4 Beta

I noticed that after flashing 4.3 ROM my battery drained from almost 100% to dead before I woke up.

I think it will probably be like that until they get it perfected.  It was just released and they're still working on perfecting 10.1.  10.2 will be a little behind.

I don't know from nothing here, I'm just asking. How does the code get out there to become a custom ROM? I'm wondering why all the effort is being made on another JB version when Key Lime Pie is out?

The newest version of Android out (that was shipped with the new Nexus 7) is "4.3", Jelly Bean.  As for CyanogenMod, ver 10.2 = AOSP 4.3.  No word on Key Lime Pie yet.

My bad. I was under the false impression that KLP was out on some Galaxy S something.
