I would unlock while you can!

Are you talking about the Sunshine app? It errors out on my phone. Other than that I have no way to unlock.

The update that comes after that build blocks the exploit. So, be sure to complete the unlock before letting it update.

Ok, I'm on 183.46.10 rooted and unlocked. Now it's telling me an update has been downloaded and is ready to install. I can't find the location of the update apk in kitkat and Google is just showing me how to not update to kitkat. What file do I need to rename this time to stop it from looking for updates?

Thank you,

Eric

If you have stock recovery in, since you are unlocked, you can take the update. Worst case you lose root. Since you ate unlocked, you would just flash citation recovery and reflash root.

Yeah, I haven't done anything since update/root/unlock. I've already deleted the update file from the cache. You mentioned citation recovery; is that better than CWM or TWRP?

I think it was supposed to say "custom."
