Dear All,

I need help with my XT926

today I use my charger during driving and device switched off completely.

No buttons, leds was not active on charge.

After that it starts heating up to the 50-60 degrees C

When I came home tried to charge with standard charger but nothing happend, leds is not active during charge.

1) My opinion is that something wrong with car charger and it could be the reason. But on the device itself I couldn't find any reset button to check while batterly still was full

2) Could you recommend any further steps to check the device ?

3) If service required, how to send device to the service (due to I'm in Russia) and Motorola does not support these devices in Moscow repair centers?

you could try holding power and volume down to reboot it. its like a battery pull.

I have a try but it was not helpful. It is switched off and have no  reaction to the buttons and this type of hard reset.

Make sure your using the Motorola cable and leave it on the charger for a while you could also try hooking it up to the computer for a bit to charge off that with the Motorola cable then try the reboot  I told you about if that doesn't do anything I'd say your phone could be busted :(
