Is the battery still messed up on 211? Its starting to get on my nerves losing 20% every time i reboot lol

What leak are you running? Just checked and it plays fine on .210
I'm on the 75 leak. I just may have to change that...

1. Reboot into recovery
2. Wipe Battery stats
3. Power off from recovery
4. Power up/Boot Normally
You will have to do this every time you flash a new/updated ROM. Not a permanent fix.
Once fixed, whenever you need to reboot (like to get data back) power off/power on and boot normally, instead of hitting reboot from the power menu and it should keep accurate reporting. Like I said this works for me on my KOA Powered RAZR.

Yes if you are updating from a previous build of KOA. Otherwise follow directions in the OPSo with 6.16 can I just wipe cache and dalvik and install?
