what is the hotplug governor????Don't know if this means anything, but I've noticed that data is a lot more stable for me when I use the hotplug governor. I'm on the 6/5 build.

It's one of the CPU governors available. They control how the cores operate. The default is interactive which keeps both cores active all the time. Hotplug allows one core to sleep when it's not needed.

Safestrap is the only recovery that's supported for our ICS leaks. Yes if you flash with bootstrap or regular CWR you will have issues.
My rom control fcs everytime I try to get into the performance menu
That menu isn't available, you have to use a 3rd party app to change the governor.
I tried downloading the 6/5/ zip but it doesn't work

OP is currently being updated to a 6/9/2012 build!!!!! - STATUS - LIVE!!!!!!
Changelog so far:
Merge OMAP_ENHANCMENT code from omapzoom.org
Lockscreen: correct resource filename typo
WIP: HD Codecs
Use BUILD_PREBUILT for Wifi Tether
Update to new CM naming convention
Removed old vendor files
Unify Verizon makefiles
update smspermissions.apk
Removed old build versions (if you need one, let me know what date)
Updated version of Gapps as well!!! Now includes Maps, and Gmail like it should!
**New gapps link is live too**

So...I just updated to 6/9 and after several reboots, its not going past the CM9 new splash screen? I did the usual of wipe cache and dalvik and was running 6/5 prior, any suggestions? Safestrap 2.0 btw
