I am in Iowa. I'm going into "mobile networks/Network mode" and the options listed are the only ones there.

Ok...I'm a noob....It is set to LTE/CDMA right now. What do I need to change it to? Options are:

LTE Only
LTE/CDMA/EvDo/GSM/WCDMA
LTE/CDMA
CDMA/EvDo auto
GSM only


Where are you checking? Is it in the included phone info app or the mobile data settings menu? For the purpose of the toggling we're describing you should be in the phone info app & leave the mobile data settings menu alone. Phone info is where the settings for LTE/GSM/CDMA auto prl are found.

That's awesome. I doubt they are from the same part of Ohio as me but still..that's kinda cool. Spc and andlaw happen to be my favorite devs so far lol

Signature says XT912 so I'm thinking OG :) Great work on the ROM I'd say Hicks. I'm holding off for the OTA to flash again, and it hurts, so I haven't got to try your ROM yet. Also, just to randomly toss it out there... Thanks for your service you provide to our freedoms. Not many are able to stick it out like you have.

Don't know if this means anything, but I've noticed that data is a lot more stable for me when I use the hotplug governor. I'm on the 6/5 build.
