I haven't had any data issues with it. I'm on the .79 leak.

I may be missing something but I don't see how to change the lock screen camera deal to a sound/vibrate...

Wifi problems here, Doesn't want to connect to my router. It was working perfectly but it just randomly disconnected. Now I get "avoided poor internet connection". My internet is fine, tried a router reset. Same prob. Any suggestions?

This was addressed just about 5 posts before yours. You can check Post# 3 and I put instructions in there on how to get your wifi working again.

Hey, I was wondering, will you be coming up with a updater app? Like on the MIUI roms?

No.

Quick question, what is the difference between this KOA ROM and the other that has just been updated today? Im guessing one is CM9 based and the other AOKP? The title for the threads doesn't specify and maybe im glancing over the first post too fast... But great ROM so far, Wifi still holding strong after changing to static IP and now I cannot get ringtone or notification sounds to work? I have been running BeatsAudio V2 zip for about a day and I was still unable to hear sounds before I flashed that zip... Thanks for the help in advance! Will donate soon once I get paid! Lol

Edit: Whoops answered my own question - Says AOKP in title of other thread. Sorry for the n00bness. Haha

Lol I'm not gonna lie, when I first saw this post I was thinking "Really?" Hahaha I knew you would notice though. Not sure what's going on with your ringtones and notifications. Mine work so it's hard to troubleshoot. You can always try reflashing the ROM without wiping anything. Might work, might not, but it's worth a try. Really glad you like the ROM though! :)

You're very welcome!

OP updated to version 6/3/2012!!!!

No changelog. (Sorry everyone, the CM9 team and AOKP team are really slacking off on the changelogs)

As soon as I see their changes, I'll post them here.

As expected, no problems with the flashing. Plenty quick. Will be interested to see what the changes were for this version. My guess is they were just minor housekeeping type adjustments.

Going back to stock. Had enough fun being rooted. I need my pure Razr feel for a few weeks now. Awesome ROM though and I really suggest it.

Yeah, I won't ever get a phone that I couldn't root. I honestly wish I could do the programming necessary to create my own ROM, but there is no way I'd go back to bloated, locked-down crapware from VZW.

Hey, I'm curious why there are new builds so often? What are each one of the new builds fixing?

Mostly to ad features experimental stuff and stability. They do milestone builds from time to time that are super solid that have zero bugs. New builds are the cost of progress

KOA ROM has been updated to version 6/4/2012. Link is live in the OP!!!!!

Changelog:

*Add an option to change the device hostname:
This adds an option to modify the device hostname used in IP resolution. This is useful when connecting to the android device in a dynamic DHCP environment.

*HDMI:
Changes to notify audio on HDMI connect (no this doesn't enable HDMI)

*Input:
Add option to toggle pointer when using a stylus.

One thing I noticed.

I'm on the June 1 build and this morning, I woke-up, checked my phone and what did I see? DATA WAS STILL WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was also on the May 28 build, but for less than a day, so I don't know if that one worked too, but this is awesome news! :)
